The best realms to be on are the ones with low pop, the black auction house market is cheap. You can get a full tier 3 set for less than a million if you’re lucky, or a little over. On other realms you cant. You probably can, if buying transmog is your thing, and if you can get a million on a low-pop realm.Wyrmrest is the highest population Horde RP server. It's been tilting more to horde pretty strongly since BFA and warmode after being nearly perfectly 50/50 during WoD and much of Legion but it's still far better then the other rp servers. The main reason I have enjoyed both is both are well-scripted servers, and have healthy economies. Silvermoon, Ravencrest (though it's way smaller than Silvermoon) and potentially Argent Dawn if RP interests you. The remaining English realms are either small or Horde-dominated. I hate having to explain to a new player why the vast majority of the people they are interacting with are not people they can join a guild with, or aren’t even on their server. Let these tiny realms wither and die and start sending the new players to the big servers. Nothing ...Warmane is not highly regarded here at all. All but one of the realms is completely P2W, and the PvP is cross-realm so you'll be at a huge disadvantage anyways. Classic WotLK should be out within the next year or so, would be better to wait for that instead. Chromie is good, but it's vanilla WoW in the WotLK client. There's usually guilds and communities dedicated to it, and people use addons such as TRP to write profiles and so on to supplement the experience. On EU the only "real" RP server left is Argent Dawn, the rest are either dead or are RP realms only in name. It's majority Alliance but plenty of Horde stuff too..
