2024 Terraria fisherman%27s pocket guide

hey i've done well over 50 angler quests and still haven't gotten the fisherman's pocket guide. if anyone wants to trade, i have multiples of the sextant and the weather radio thanks, it would definitely be appreciated :) . Shrek

I managed to got one in my single play with this 'trick': Fully equip my character with all the fishing gear I had after countless fishing -> got a new quest fish -> Before delivering the fish, I exited the game and copy-pasted the save files (all, player and world) to a backup folder -> started the game -> delivered the fish -> didnt like the quest reward -> exit game -> copy-paste-overwrite ...So I finally got the fisherman's pocket guide and made the cell phone (yay!) but the fishing power displayed by it is being weird.
